Adonna pursued business studies at LaSalle College in Montreal,

Canada, joining AMPLE in 1986 as Executive Secretary to the

Managing Director, while at the same time providing support in Client Services. Over the years, Adonna has held the posts of Administrative Assistant, Manager of the Production Unit, Public Relations Officer, and lead in responsibilities for mapping out and managing seminars,

workshops, fireworks presentations, company and product launches, and

all AMPLE's PR projects.

 

After a five-year hiatus taken to support her family's printery in the role of Director-Marketing and Administration, Adonna returned to AMPLE in 2003 as a Senior Account Executive with a wide portfolio including a number of Government Ministries and other State bodies. She spearheaded the Agency's unique scope of Corporate Communications Services, and holds the portfolio of Manager-Client Relations, as well as AMPLE’s Board Director.

 

Adonna's other roles and responsibilities have included: Chairman of the Communications Committee (2009-2013) and Member of the Projects and Events Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce of Trinidad and Tobago (AmCham); Member of the Speakers Committee for the AmCham Business Future of the Americas (BFA) Conference, Port of Spain 2008; NOVA Committee Chairman (1999-2003) of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce. She is also a member of AMPLE's HSSE Team, and serves as member of the Board of the Astra Da Costa Foundation.
